The night passes without incident at Olaris' Spaceport; when the morning comes, Risha has results for her decoding of charts and clues.

But first, people might want breakfast, with some strong caffeinated drinks.

Oh stars, yes. Kaff is the nectar of the gods when you are slightly hungover! (What proof WAS that stuff, seriously.)

We suggest nobody get between Annabelle and her first two cups of Kaff this morning. >.>

She may have also forgotten to dress, unless a bathrobe counts as clothes.

It was something overproof.

Risha shambles in for a mug of Kaff or two as well; she bothered with pulling on a jumpsuit.

A couple minutes later, Corso arrives, already dressed in normal cloths and a nice strong synthweave jacket. "Good morning ladies!"

Oh, Stars... he's a morning person.

Well, at least Annabelle now knows what terrible flaw is lurking in his personality. He's a morning person AND he's not hungover. Totally not fair at all, universe!

Annabelle blinks blearily at him through her hangover. "How are you this chipper after last night?" Corso drank his fair share of that bottle, after all.

"I had some water before going to bed." He puzzles. "And slept very well."

Risha mutters something that sounds like 'witchcraft', nurses her mug of kaff.

Annabelle downs the rest of kaff cup number 'crap I've lost track' in one swallow.

She then shuffles over to Corso and pats him mostly on the shoulder. "Don't worry, your secret power of 'not getting hungover' is safe with us."

Beat. "But I reserve the right to grumble about it when I do the water and the sleep and still feel like someone sanded the inside of my eyelids."

"I knew a guy who slept in a kolto tank after drinking a lot, and sworn by it as the best way to not get hungover." Corso politely does not ogle her.

Nothing wrong with ogling! (At least she has a robe on and not, say, lingerie.)

"Really?" Annabelle perks up a bit at that. "That sounds very promising." The medbay on her ship is surprisingly well stocked, they could manage a kolto tank detox.

And breakfast has arrived, the equivalent of a fry-up. The droid knows his master perhaps TOO well.

Oh, food is welcome, very much; Risha goes over another cup of Kaff before speaking. "So, I have good news and bad news."

Annabelle sighs. "Figures."

Can't, just once, the universe make things easy on them?

"Might as well hear the bad news first."

"Sure." She takes a bite of something first. "The vault is an old security shelter in an area called Zone Zero. I checked the local Holonet, and Zone Zero is Rakghoul Central."

Annabelle grimaces. "I was really hoping to get off of Taris without having to wade through infectious cannibal things."

"No such luck; I have codes for the door, and from what I could dig up, its part of Transport Station 5, a tram hub of the old Lower City of Taris." She sets out her holocom, and calls up a map. "The hub sunk down to the surface but held up mostly intact, with tunnels still attached; the governor sent a few scout teams in and half of them made it out with the bad news."

"Definitely bringing all my guns," Annabelle mutters. "What was the good news, or was the tram hub being mostly intact it?"

"The good news is that I have the codes for those blast doors, and you will not have to drill in or try to slice a 300+ year-old system." She zooms the map to show details. "Also, the ventilation shafts are mostly intact and you can use those instead of the main tunnels."

"So, take ropes." Corso leans for a closer look and lets out a low whistle. "Sheesh... the Tarisians built things to last."

"That IS good news," Annabelle says with a grin.

"Lots of rope," she agrees with Corso as she takes a closer look herself. "Might give us a less rhakghoul filled trip too, they don't sound all that bright."

"Anyway, lets try to avoid starting a shootout down there." Corso makes a face. "I bet the sound of blasters is like the dinner bell for those things."

"Well, you two try to not get killed down there." Risha gets up. "I don't think I can hire people to do the job here and get out before that Customs Agent you spoke off comes sniff around my cargo."

"Your concern is touching," Annabelle teases Risha.

"Time to finish eating and gear up as much as we can," she says in a more serious tone. "And probably hit the market here and buy a hell of a lot of rope."

Yes, she has rope in the ship's stores, but she doesn't make a habit of spelunking, you know?

"And get you a breather mask to go with the helmet." Corso nods.

"Keep your earpieces on, too." Risha starts out of the kitchen. "Your big holo on the lounge has more resolution, I will keep the maps on in case you need an alternate route."

"I will prepare meal packs and a medical care kit for you, mistress." Seetoo start working right there.

Annabelle nods at their suggestions and grins. With this crew, she feels like she could take on the galaxy, and win!

She heads back to her cabin to dress and armor up. The sooner they start, the sooner they can get off of Taris!

The only incident worth mentioning was Officer Soganti glaring daggers at them. Goof thing they set out early, since the travel out is much longer this time... a few hours at least.

"You will need to watch out for looters and pirates in the area... Beryl's maps should let you steer clear of them"

Corso shakes head at Risha's words, following Annabelle on the speederbike. "Good, they must be crazy to set up camp around here."

"Crazy or greedy; you're not far from the crash site of the Endar Spire, the first Republic ship shot down by the Sith when the Battle of Taris started; lots of expensive salvage to be had."

Annabelle pondered waving at Office Soganti again, but decided to take the safer route for once.

"No salvage is that good," Annabelle replies with a shudder. "Possibly getting killed is one thing, but getting turned into a monster..."

In the distance, they can hear the growls and other sounds of the local wildlife. Nothing that Annabelle can identify as humanoid yet, which she's grateful for.

"Yeah, can't spend credits if you are dead or worse." Risha seems to agree. "There should be a big metal wall to your left; go around the end of it, you will see a slope towards the main tunnel entrance."

"The ventilation shaft is up the rubble piles, right?" Corso studied the maps, of course.

"Right, it should drop you all the way to the lifts, and the lift shaft takes you to the access corridor of the vault."

"Let's hope nothing's clogged the ventilation shaft," Annabelle murmurs.

Annabelle starts toward the rubble piles. Hopefully, there will be somewhere near the top that will be a good anchor point for the rope.

The frame of the duct provides such a strong point; Corso takes off a glove and sticks it in. "I feel a breeze, gues sit means the duct is not blocked."

Well, not a duct, its looks more like a vertical hallway, very roomy.

"Good news," Annabelle says with a grin.

Annabelle anchors the rope securely. "Now we come to the important question." Beat. "Who wants to go down the tunnel first?"
